  Carers Partnership Group
The Carers Partnership Group provides a strategic overview of the implementation of the Carers’ Strategy and to drive the development of support and services for carers.
  Learning Disability Partnership Board
The Learning Disability Partnership Board is a multi-agency group which works to improve the lives of people with a learning disability. Its members include service users, carers, officers from statutory agencies and the voluntary sector.
  Mental Health Partnership Group
The Mental Health Partnership Group (MHPG) is a multi-agency planning group aiming to improve services for people with mental ill-health and to improve the mental well being of people living in Bromley.
  Older People Partnership Group
The Older People’s Partnership Group is a multi-agency planning group seeking to build more effective strategic and operational partnerships; an integrated network for older people. The Older People’s Partnership Group will take the lead on monitoring national and local policy plus service development issues which impact on older people and their carers.
  Physical Disabilities and Sensory Impairment Partnership Group
The Partnership Group for those with physical disabilities and sensory impairments and their carers is a multi-agency/stakeholder planning group seeking to build more effective strategic and operational partnerships. The Partnership Group will take the lead on integrating national and local policy in Bromley. It will promote joint working between agencies, service users and carers in the development of services.

  Health Social Care and Housing Partnership

The Health, Social Care and Housing Partnership Board co-ordinates the work and provides the strategic framework for multi-agency structures for a range of client group areas.

The Board works to:

• co-ordinate inter-agency effort to promote the health and well-being of Bromley residents, and reduce the effects of disadvantage that contribute to health inequalities.
• improve the effectiveness and integration of services commissioned by the Council and PCT.
• maintain a strategic overview of the policies and priorities affecting equitable access to the services and activities that promote independence, protect vulnerable adults, and enhance social inclusion and quality of life for Bromley residents.
• support and monitor the successful delivery of joint working arrangements by the Delivery Partnerships.


Membership and Meetings

Membership comprises representatives from Bromley Local Involvement Network (LINk), Bromley Mytime, Bromley Primary Care Trust, Community Links Bromley, Federation of Housing Associations, London Borough of Bromley, Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, South London Healthcare Trust, Voluntary Sector. Representatives from other thematic partnerships and delivery partnerships are also members.

The schedule of meetings for 2010 is:

25 January, 22 March, 17 May, 22 July, 22 September, 15 November.

The Partnership Board will take questions from the public which have been submitted before the meeting. The procedures for submitting questions are found in the Terms of Reference.
